The video is about 10 minutes long and there is a young monk who ties rock to the fish, frog and snake. The elder monk saw that and ties a rock to the young monk because he did bad things. When the young monk found the fish and snake were dead, and the frog was alive. I felt sorry too because he killed living thngs. Can you guess the lesson of this video?
I know that feeling because I once killed living things, too. When I was a third grader, I killed a bunch of ants. The reason is funny. On the last day of summer vacation, I was playing with my friends at a park. I left my chocolate there and when outside to play. When I came back inside, I was surprised that my chocolate was gone!
I got a bit angry( because my favorite food is chocolate and I was very hungry then) and shouted out to my friends. I asked them, but they all said no. Just then, one of my friends, Jenna told me that she saw my chocolate. The ants carried away! I didn't belive it. I thought that Jenna took it and she blame on the poor ants. 'How can she be so dumb? Why would she blame on little ants?' I said to myself.
Jenna said that she had proof. Next to the ant hole, there was a piece of chocolate! I changed my mind, and I said sorry to her. I decided to kill all of them in my neighberhood. Until now, you may think that I'm a bit.....strange, but don't think like that. When you see my profile, you can just see that I LOVE chocolate.
I cannot kill ants with sunlight. So what I did was killed by water. I dig a hole and put a ant in it. Then, pour water. It was kind of disgusting, but oh my lovely chocolate! I could not resist that feeling. How would you feel?After I killed all the ants in the neighberhood, Jenna speaked up to me. The truth that she told me was shocking. She said that she ate all the chocolate. She thought that I would be angry. She hated ants, so she decied to make someone kill all the ants. She would've felt guilty, so she gave the turn to me! The truth was so shocking. I never became friends with Jenna again.
Of course I never knew the truth. I was very guilty and so sad. The little ants were dead;just because of me! So, because of that, I moved to another neighborhood. That's why I live in another place than 10 years old.
As you can see, this video's lesson is "Do not kill living things.". I really felt kind of gulity when I watched the video. The living things are important to anyone. The young monk did the same thing as me, and I really feel sorry for the ants.
It's good that you connected your own experience to the film. It was very detailed and well described. However, since it is a review about the film, try elaborating more on the film itself. You could explain more in your 2nd paragraph about the film. Otherwise, good job! :)
